After that take all-purpose flour. - Add salt to it. - And start Kneading it and make medium consistency perfect dough. - Make medium size balls of it. - Now roll it with the help of rolling pin on rolling board of puri size. - Fill 1 spoon red pasta stuffing in it. - Mould and roll it in momos shapes.
  4. And grease it with oil. - Now put it in dhokla cooker for steaming approximately for 15 to 20 minutes. - Serve this red pasta momos in a plate with mayonnaise of your choice. - And enjoy this scrumptious dish.
