The olive oil from Brussels sprouts and fats from bacon should be enough to coat the ingredients. Still had a nice, soft crunch, because we hate soggy veggies, and the flavor was great. Cheesy Bacon Green Beans: omit Brussels sprouts. On a large baking sheet, season brussels sprouts, bacon, and garlic with salt and pepper.
