  4. Once the garlic turn a little bit brown throw the lemon juice, chicken stock, cracked Black pepper and Chinese celery into the pan. Wait until the sauce reduce down and thicken. Sprinkle some salt.
  5. Throw the Fried chicken into the pan wait for 5 minutes then its ready!
